The bot basically directs you once you say 'Hi'. Using Facebook Messenger's template features, the entire user experience is directed towards providing movie suggestions to the user. If at any point, the bot doesn't understand the user, it puts up a help desk with suggestions on how to contact the bot further. The bot uses TMDb API for all it's information. Also, as an additional feature, the bot has also been integrated with the Microsoft Computer Vision API and hence would be able to describe an image sent to it.
