After connecting Foodbot with restaurant's Facebook page, customers of the restaurant can browse menu, add items to cart, edit delivery info, activate promo codes, and submit orders by simply chatting with our smart chatbot. When customer submits a new order, the restaurant is notified in mobile app, dashboard, or by email. Foodbot can also be integrated with restaurant's point-of-sale, payment, and marketing systems.
